An app for life after pregnancy loss
Reconnecting with yourself after pregnancy loss.
Aube /ob/ (say “ohb”, to rhyme with “robe”) is French for dawn: light that arrives gently, in its own time.
Pregnancy loss can change how you see yourself, your relationships and your future. Aube is a guided, personal space to explore what matters to you, at your own pace.
The Aube app launches summer 2027

Your experience. Your pace. Your way forward.
What it is
A quiet, personal space to think things through.
Aube is an app: a guided, personal experience for exploring who you are, what matters to you and how you want to navigate life after pregnancy loss. Nothing here asks you to be further along than you are.

Optional
Choose the activities that feel relevant today. Skip the ones that don’t.
Unprescribed
There is no script for how you should feel, grieve or recover. Reflection only.
Unhurried
No timeline and no deadline. Come back whenever it helps, and step away whenever it doesn’t.

Who it’s for
Welcome, just as you are.
Aube is for adults affected by pregnancy loss, recognising that the circumstances, timing and meaning of each experience differ. That includes people who have experienced:

- StillbirthPregnancy loss at or after 24 completed weeks
- Termination for medical reasons (TFMR)Following a diagnosis affecting the baby’s health, or because of maternal health
Whether you are going through this on your own or with a partner, you are welcome here. There is no right person to be, and no right time to start.
